Well, hello there!!! Thanks for visiting my site. My name is Yvonne, and I'm a pastry chef from Chicago, IL. Anyone who knows me can attest to the fact that I live, eat, breath, and dream about CAKE!! Not the gross, disgusting stuff from your local grocer, but the kind of pastries that you get from the neighborhood bakery. Soft, sweet indulgences. The ones that when you eat them, makes you close your eyes and transport you to another place, followed by that distinctive mmmmmm.
I wanted to start a blog because I, as of recent, have to decided to venture out on my own and start a business. The process is slow, but well worth the tears. I wanted to expose myself on a grander scale, so here we go! I will also, have reviews on my blog of different restaurants from time to time.
